Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with tracked delivery to India, the United States, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Rates are shown at checkout and orders over the free-shipping threshold ship free.
Processing times
Every piece is handmade, so please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to make and pack your order before it ships. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the studio.
Returns
Unworn items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email hello@bloomer.example with your order number to start a return.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
